DIVERSE PERSPECTIVES LTD

Building dignified workplaces through neurodivergent expertise

Your workplace should

work for everyone in it.

Whether you run a business trying to get neurodivergent accommodations right, or you're an individual figuring out how to make life work for your brain, I can help you find clarity, confidence, and a way forward.

WHO I WORK WITH

Two different challenges.

One area of expertise.

I work on both sides of the neurodivergent workplace conversation.

With the businesses navigating it, and the individuals living it.

For businesses

You're receiving accommodation requests and you're not sure what you're legally required to do. Your managers want to help but don't know how. And the last thing you need is a discrimination claim that could have been avoided.

I help businesses understand their obligations under the Equality Act 2010, train managers to respond with confidence, and build workplace cultures where neurodivergent employees can actually do their best work.

For individuals

Late diagnosis. A lifetime of masking. A brain that works differently from everyone else's, and a world that isn't built for it.

I'm an accredited ADHD coach with my own lived experience of late diagnosis. I work 1:1 with adults who are ready to understand themselves better and build a life that actually fits how they're wired.

Qualified on paper.

Battle-tested in life.

Smiling person with glasses rests their chin on a tall stack of books about ADHD, neurodiversity, trauma, and coaching. The background is colourful with abstract patterns and pink accent lines, giving a playful and creative feel.

I'm Melanie Carr, founder of Diverse Perspectives Ltd. I have a BA in Psychology, specialist neurodiversity coaching training, accreditation, and trauma-informed coaching training.

But what I bring to this work that no qualification can give you is lived experience. I've been the employee who needed accommodations that never came. The person who spent years not understanding why everything felt so hard. And eventually, the person who figured it out and now helps others do the same.

That's why I work on both sides of the conversation. With businesses who want to get this right. And with individuals who deserve support that actually understands them.

Not sure where to start?

Whether you're a business with a specific challenge or an individual looking for support, let's have a conversation.

No hard sell. Just an honest discussion about whether I can help.

Note: ADHD coaching works best as a collaborative approach to well-being.

It complements other treatments like therapy or medication by providing practical skills and support for navigating the challenges of ADHD & AuDHD.
