I’ve never followed a straight path in life—mine has been full of twists, turns, and discoveries. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult that everything finally made sense. Suddenly, all the challenges I had faced weren’t just random struggles—they were part of how my brain worked. And more importantly, I realised that ADHD isn’t something to ‘fix’—it’s something to understand, embrace, and work with.
That realisation changed everything.
I threw myself into learning everything I could about ADHD—through psychology studies, professional training, and my own lived experience. Coaching isn’t just a career for me—it’s a deep responsibility, especially when working with neurodivergent individuals who may feel misunderstood, vulnerable, or overlooked. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to gaining real expertise in ADHD and neurodiversity, ensuring that every client I work with feels safe, supported, and truly understood.
I believe coaching should be backed by real knowledge, practical strategies, and a deep commitment to ethical, person-centred support. My approach blends professional training with real-life experience, so my clients don’t just get theoretical advice—they get practical, personalised strategies that truly fit their lives.
Today, as an ADHD coach, I help:
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. ADHD affects everyone differently, which is why my coaching is fully personalised to you.
Whether you're looking for practical strategies, emotional support, or a better understanding of how your mind works—I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Most importantly, I offer a safe, judgement-free space where you can completely be yourself. No pressure to fit into neurotypical expectations—just a space where you’re heard, understood, and supported.
My approach is backed by formal training in psychology, ADHD coaching, and trauma awareness, combined with real-life experience of navigating ADHD myself. This means I don’t just teach theory—I help you create practical, realistic strategies that actually fit your life.
