From Survival to Support.
Why I Do This Work

For most of my working life, I felt like I was the problem.

I was told I was too intense, too sensitive, too inconsistent. My struggles were brushed off. My sensory needs were ignored. And even after being diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety, the pressure to keep up, stay quiet, and fit in never really stopped.

It took time, and a lot of unlearning, to see the truth. The anxiety wasn’t separate. It was woven into years of trying to survive systems that were never designed for people like me.

When I discovered ADHD coaching, it wasn’t through a big headline or a glossy ad. It was a quiet suggestion from someone who saw something in me. That moment lit a spark. I realised I didn’t just want to understand myself. I wanted to build the kind of support I had always needed but never found.

That’s how this all began.

Since then, I’ve trained professionally, studied neurodiversity in depth, and grounded my practice in lived experience. I’m now an accredited neurodiversity coach through the Universal Coaching Alliance, supporting clients with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, or simply the feeling that their brain doesn’t fit the world around them.

I work with:

Neurodivergent adults looking for clarity, confidence, and tools that make sense

Parents who want to support their children without fear or burnout

Organisations ready to create truly inclusive, neurodiverse-friendly workplaces

Coaching, for me, is not about fixing people. It’s about offering space to breathe. Language to name what’s been invisible. Tools that feel like scaffolding, not pressure.

And now, I’m building something more.

True Orbit Collective is a new coaching and community space for ADHD and AuDHD adults, and for emerging coaches who want to grow in a way that fits their nature.

We're launching in phases, not all at once, because good things take time. I’m building this carefully, with care and collaboration, so it can truly support the people it’s meant for.

If you’re curious, or if something here sparks recognition, I’d love to invite you to join as a Founder Member. You’ll get early updates, sneak peeks, and the chance to shape something designed to help us realign with who we really are.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be real.
This is your space to grow, one small shift at a time.

What makes my coaching different?

Bridge

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. ADHD affects everyone differently, which is why my coaching is fully personalised to you.

Whether you're looking for practical strategies, emotional support, or a better understanding of how your mind works. I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

Most importantly, I offer a safe, judgement-free space where you can completely be yourself. No pressure to fit into neurotypical expectations, just a space where you’re heard, understood, and supported.

My approach is backed by formal training in psychology, ADHD coaching, and trauma awareness, combined with real-life experience of navigating ADHD myself. This means I don’t just teach theory, I help you create practical, realistic strategies that actually fit your life.
